Pricing transparency: what AI Insights 365 costs and why
We publish our pricing. We don't hide it behind a Contact Sales button. Here's the model and the reasoning.

Why one plan
We used to sell two paid tiers. It meant every visitor had to work out which one they were before they could work out whether to buy at all — and the cheaper tier existed mainly to make the dearer one look reasonable. One plan removes that decision. The only question left is whether the product is worth $15 a month.
Why the trial is one report, not a countdown
A date-based trial expires while you are still deciding, and expires unused if you happen to be busy that week. Ours is bounded by one report: build it whenever you like, keep it, and subscribe when you want a second. That is a fairer test of whether the product does what you need.
The first month is $5
Your organization's first month is $5, then $15 per user per month. It is a one-time introduction, not a permanent rate — cancel and return later and the standing price applies. We would rather say that plainly than let it read as the ongoing price.
Why a token budget at all
LLM inference has a real cost. The monthly token budget is what keeps a single heavy user from being subsidised by everyone else, and it is generous: typical knowledge-worker usage is 50k–200k tokens per month per active user, against 10,000,000 for the organization.
Why we publish
Hiding pricing makes one customer pay twice what another pays for the same product. It also makes evaluation slow — every decision-maker has to schedule a discovery call before they can budget. We'd rather show you the number, let you decide, and earn the renewal with the product.
