Please read these terms carefully before using AIInsights365.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIInsights365.net (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Organization Admins are responsible for licenses and tokens assigned to their users.

3. Free Trial

New organizations may build one report free of charge. No credit card is required, and the free allowance does not expire on a date — it ends when the organization creates a second report. Usage is otherwise subject to the feature limits listed on our Pricing page.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis through PayPal. The current billing period begins on the day of first successful payment and renews every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.

5. No-Refund Policy

Important: All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a billing period has started — whether for a monthly subscription, additional licenses, or token packs — no refund will be issued for the current paying period under any circumstance (including unused days, downgrades, cancellations, or account deletions made mid-period).

You may cancel at any time from Organization Settings → Users & Licensing. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period; after that date access reverts to the Free tier and no further charges are made.

6. Cancellation

To cancel, go to Organization Settings → Users & Licensing and click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund of the current period (see Section 5).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) upload data you do not have the right to process, (c) use the Service to generate unlawful content, or (d) attempt to circumvent token or license limits.

8. Data & Privacy

Data you connect or upload remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and security.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
