AI reporting for courier and logistics teams
answers without the report queue

AI Insights 365 answers on-time delivery, cost-per-shipment and carrier questions in plain English, straight from the systems your operation already runs on. The questions that used to wait in a report queue are answered in the time it takes to type them, and the key reports can land in managers' inboxes every morning.

How it fits your operation

Connect what you have

Your TMS or WMS database, Excel exports from carriers, or a REST API. A database inside your network connects through the gateway, with no inbound firewall ports.

Reports that arrive by themselves

Schedule the daily delivery report to email your managers every morning, or weekly to leadership.

Share with your customers

Publish a report, or embed it in your customer portal, so each client sees their own delivery performance.

Questions operations teams ask

  • What was on-time delivery by carrier last week?
  • Which routes had the most failed deliveries this month, and why?
  • What is the average cost per shipment by zone?
  • Which shipments have been at a hub for more than 48 hours?
  • How much cash on delivery was collected against what was expected, by driver?

Reports teams build first

Each one starts as a question and becomes a report you can schedule or share.

Customer SLA report

A per-client view you can publish or embed.

Frequently asked questions

Our data is in a SQL Server inside our network. Can we use it?

Yes. Install the gateway on a machine inside your network and AI Insights 365 can query the database without any inbound firewall ports. If nothing may leave the network at all, the on-premises edition runs entirely on your own servers.

Can our customers see their own delivery performance?

Yes. Publish a report and share its link, or embed it in your own portal with a signed link.

We only have Excel exports. Is that enough?

Yes. Upload the export, or link to it, and ask questions straight away.

How much does it cost?

Your first report is free, with no card and no deadline. After that, Premium is $5 for the first month, then $15 per user per month.
