How to choose the right chart
Change any chart's type from a gallery of 72+ visuals, search it by name, or add a suggested chart ranked from your own columns. Narrated.
The steps
- 1Every chart on a report can change shape at any time. Switch the report to Edit, and select the chart you want to change.
- 2The Chart tab shows the chart's current type. Choose it to open the gallery.
- 3The gallery groups more than seventy visuals by what they're good at: comparing values, change over time, parts of a whole, relationships, and more.
- 4Know what you want? Search the gallery by name.
- 5Not sure which to pick? Suggested charts, on the left, rank visuals from your own columns. Pick one, and it's added already built. And undo is always one keystroke away.
