How to manage organization settings
For admins: verify the organisation email, review compliance, back up and restore the whole organisation, and read the activity log. Narrated.
The steps
- 1Organization settings are for admins. The profile shows your organisation's name and email verification; verify the email to secure the account.
- 2Compliance summarises how your data is protected: processed in line with GDPR, and encrypted at rest with AES-256, and in transit with TLS.
- 3Backup and Restore downloads the whole organisation, its workspaces, datasources, agents and reports, as one archive you can keep offline.
- 4Restore merges a backup into the organisation: items that already exist are matched and updated, and the rest are added.
- 5And the Activity log records the actions taken in your organisation, so you can see who changed what, and when.
