AI Insights 365 has one paid plan. You build your first report free, then subscribe.

There is no feature tier. Auto-Report, Explain by AI, the semantic layer, scheduled delivery, embedding and the on-premises gateway are all part of Premium.
The free trial
The trial is bounded by one report, not by a countdown. Build it whenever you like — it does not expire while you are deciding. When you try to create a second report, you are asked to subscribe.
The promotional first month
Your organization's first month is $5. From the second month it renews at $15 per user per month. The discount applies once per organization: if you cancel and come back later, the standing rate applies.
Billing
Payments go through PayPal or by card. Charges happen monthly on your renewal date, and invoices are emailed automatically.
What expiry means
If a subscription lapses, the portal becomes read-only:
- Existing dashboards and reports remain viewable.
- New chats, new datasources, and report publishing are blocked.
- OrgAdmins can renew from Settings → Users & Licensing.
Cancel any time
From Settings → Users & Licensing, click Cancel subscription. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
