How to set up your data assistant
After connecting data: choose tables, let the AI write the assistant's instructions, name it, and finish the workspace. Narrated.
The steps
- 1After the connection test, choose which tables the assistant can use. For an uploaded file, that's the sheet you uploaded, with its row count.
- 2Next, the AI writes the assistant's instructions for you, from the datasource and the tables you chose. Regenerate them any time.
- 3Finally, name your assistant. The instructions are locked for safety, so the assistant stays on your data and can't be talked out of its rules.
- 4Choose Create Agent and Finish.
- 5Your workspace now shows the new datasource, its assistant, and a report designer, ready for questions.
